This home had a complete remodel of the main floor and second floor. The kitchen, dining and living room were designed to create an open concept with a focus on functionality and style. With storage being a family priority, we included floor to ceiling cabinetry throughout the kitchen, mudroom and hallway. We took advantage of every available inch to maximize design and functionality. Making our way up the open staircase to the second floor, you’ll find a completely new master suite, a bright laundry room, and two large kids bedrooms with built in closets. The homeowners wanted to make their new home suit their needs better, with their kids grown and no longer living at home. This renovation features an updated kitchen, new laundry and bathrooms. The homeowners found the perfect lot in their favourite neighbourhood of Glamorgan - but the house? Not so much. We started from scratch with a demolition of the existing home, and created their forever home from the ground up. With a serious sense of style, this Mid Century Modern home was created and it’s the perfect mix of fun and function for this busy family.

This open concept design support’s this family’s needs by creating a transitional space between their indoor living space and love of the outdoors. A favourite feature is the 27 foot wide patio door, which makes entertaining easy and enhances the shared moments with family and friends.

It’s where your day starts and ends, so naturally it is one of the best investments you can make for yourself in your home. We created a dream master suite for this homeowner- easy updates in the bedroom, and a reconfigured ensuite to bring more style and function into the space.
